FXProvider utilize PayPal Subscription to get monthly fee for our Trade Following and Trade Copier services. Every month, or at the end of each specified time period, PayPal automatically generates payment from your account in order to pay for the subscription. In some cases, you want to cancel our services (or just you want to cancel the subscription within the trial period), but because payment automatically comes from PayPal, it can be confusing when you want to cancel a PayPal subscription. This article will provide you with some practical steps you can take to stop the automatic payment.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click “History” under “My Account” at the top of the page.
- Start a search and change the dates so you start the search from the date before you started your subscription.
- Use the filter drop down to select “subscriptions” (It might be in submenu more filters >> Subscriptions and agreements >> Subscriptions).
- Click “Details” or the name of subscription you wish to cancel.
- Depending on the type of subscription page you are on, you will have a few ways to cancel:
- If available, Click “Cancel Profile” which appears in top left of screen under the merchant’s name.
- If available, Click “Cancel Subscription”. This button appears at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the choice by clicking “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel Profile” as requested.
Just please be noted that in case you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to receive any of our signals from the end of current subscription. So be sure that you can control all current open positions manually.
